Hey Everybody sorry I've been missing  .. Life takes many bumps and turns  and we have been focusing on other things ..  I am hoping to get back into the swing of things and I hope to be posting atleast once a week ...

This week's post is  my Menu plan for the upcoming Month  including recipes if needed and it will cover  Breakfast , Lunch , Supper and any snacks ..


Supper Menu is as Follows:


Chicken Legs/potato salade/green beans x2
chili/biscuits x2
 garlic brown sugar  pork chops /potatos/carrots x2 
Sweet and Sour Meatballs/rice/peas 
*Easter Supper* Ham /scalloped potatos/corn/green beans/rolls 
Ham/green beans/potatos
Spaghetti/Garlic bread  x2
Pizza x4 
Chicken Alfredo/Parm Garlic bread x2 
Pulled Pork/Coleslaw/rolls/oven fries
Fish/Fries /Peas
Chicken*Lemonade*,*Parm */ Pasta Salade ,rolls
burgers/hot dogs/potato salade x2 
fried rice/egg rolls
baked beans/rolls/ veg
Breakfast for supper 
Tacos/trimmings 


anything marked x  and a number is how many times to use it for the month 

Breakfast   I pick 6 simple things and use them  over and over thru the month .. 
Eggs/Toast
Baked Oatmeal *PB , Apple , Berry/Blueberry, Vanilla Raspberry ,Cinnamon Raisin*
Creamy Oatmeal 
Egg McMuffins *with or without cheese and sometimes with or with bacon*


I use the same basic idea for lunches as well but we usually pick  10 things we like and use them over the 3 weeks repeating them 3 times ..

Lunches
Pizza x 3
Hot Dogs/Veggie sticks x3
Mac n Cheese / Veggies x3
Mr.Noodles/Mixed Veggies x3 *Mr noodles cooked with mixed frozen veggies and  sometimes meat thrown in there *
Leftovers x 3
Sandwhichs x3
Fries/Nuggets or strips x3
Wraps x3

Snacks 
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bars
Banana Bread 
Graham crackers 
Fruit salad
Veggies/Dip
