Peanut Butter and Jam Breakfast Bars
These are so quick to make, and the kids love them! Win – Win!
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup homemade jam *or boughten*(Smuckers makes a great tasting brand)
1 and 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup unsalted trail mix
1/2 cup homemade jam *or boughten*(Smuckers makes a great tasting brand)

1/2 cup unsalted trail mix
1. Line a pan with foil or parchment paper
2. Place peanut butter and fruit spread in a large bowl and microwave on high for 80-90 seconds, until hot.
3. Remove and stir. Mix in oats and trail mix and carefully press into the lined pan. (the mixture will still be warm)
4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm.
5. Cut into 16 bars. They will keep in the fridge for a week or you can freeze them individually to pull out as needed.
